Airport Collections

• 45 minutes complimentary waiting time from flight landing.
• Parking charges beyond 45 minutes may apply.
• Additional waiting time is charged at £24 per hour, billed in 15-minute increments.

Additional Services

• Local extra pick-ups: £5 each.
• Non-local extra pick-ups or drop-offs: from £10 depending on distance and route deviation (a quotation will be provided at the time of booking).
• Airport drop-off fees include one terminal. Extra terminal drop-offs or pick-ups will incur an additional charge.
• Out-of-area journeys may incur a surcharge.

Soilage Charge

A soilage charge of £100 applies to cover professional cleaning and the inconvenience caused by the vehicle being out of service until fully cleaned and sanitised.

Cancellation Policy

• 24+ hours before the booking time: No charge.
• 24–12 hours before: 25% of the journey cost.
• 12–6 hours before: 50% of the journey cost.
• 6–0 hours before: 75% of the journey cost.
• Under 6 hours or no-show: 100% of the journey cost.
